💚 Our Refund Promise: We charge only ₹49 (or ₹39 with referral) — one of the most affordable exam prep platforms in India. We are not here to make money off students. If you face a genuine issue, we will refund you without hassle.

There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden charges. You pay once, you access forever.

✅ When You Get a Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund in these situations:

You were charged twice for the same account (duplicate payment)
Payment was successful but access was not granted within 2 hours
You report a technical issue within 24 hours of payment and cannot access the platform despite our support efforts

✅ In all above cases — we will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked.

❌ When Refund is Not Applicable

More than 24 hours have passed since payment
You have successfully logged in and accessed any feature
Change of mind after purchase
Poor internet connection on your end
Dissatisfaction with AI question quality (we continuously improve this)
Account banned due to policy violations

📬 How to Request a Refund

Email us at examica9@gmail.com within 24 hours with:

Your registered email address
Razorpay Payment ID (starts with "pay_")
Reason for refund
Screenshot of the issue (if technical)

Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🏪 Shop Commission Refunds

If a student payment is refunded, the corresponding ₹10 shop commission will be reversed from the shop's pending payout balance. Shop partners are informed via notification.
